High split / symmetric coming to our neighborhood?

Hello all,

Probably getting my hopes up but I got this message from Spectrum. They have been having sporadic issues and outages the past week so I guess this could just be actual maintenance.

Anyone have any thoughts ? This is western Cincinnati OH by the way.
