I need account number or password info

I cant seem to access my a count as it states wrong password, etc.

    The following information will help you learn how to view and pay your bill on Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum App.

    Having trouble with your Spectrum billing statement? Learn more about understanding your bill.

    1. Sign in to your account with a Spectrum username with Admin or Primary privileges.
    2. Go to the Billing section of your account.

    When you sign in, you can also select "Forgot Password" and you will be sent links and directions to change or update your password.
