WebMail hiding items

I removed all of the information in all of the folders but the usage shows 3207 MB of 5GB is being used. How do I clear the 3207MB?

    Welcome to our Community Forums!! Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your email storage, I'm happy to help! Have you deleted the items from the Deleted Folder as well?

    I started out deleting mail (in groups of 100) to the 'Deleted Items' folder and then deleted them to the Trash folder. When I'd get 700 in the Trash folder I'd Purge the Trash folder. After I while I just moved the mail to the trash folder and when it reached 700 I'd Purge the Trash folder.
