How do I receive an app for voicemail on my Galaxy S23FE unlocked phone?
I recently upgraded from a Galaxy A20 to a Galaxy S23FE unlocked mobile phone. The A20 was purchased from Spectrum and I purchase the unlocked phone through Walmart.com due to a savings of $100. I received a new SIM card from Spectrum and transferred my files from the old phone to the new one. The issue is that there was not a voicemail app on the phone.
If I go to my phone and dial *86 I can retrieve voicemail message, but I would like to receive notifications when I receive new voicemail messages.
I have contacted both Spectrum and Samsung technical services and spent several hours with each of them attempting to obtain a voicemail app (my goal is to set up visual voicemail so that I can be notified about voicemails that I have not listened to yet). Each of these organizations, while attempting to be helpful, passed the buck to the other company. How can I get an app for voicemail from Spectrum?
