I received an email about paperless billing

But it also said I could go to

spectrum.net/paperless

if I wanted to change back to receiving a paper bill. However, that link won't open for me.

I tried to change back to receive a paper bill through my account. The toggle is set to receiving a paper bill.

How can I change back to paper bill?

That's blocking done by a browser extension called uBlock Origin. You can turn it off if you trust the site when you get that type message by checking the "Don't warn me again about this site" check box and then press "Proceed"

    Hello @deedleann824

Sorry to hear you're having trouble opting for paper billing, I'm happy to help! I tried the link and it takes me to the spectrum.net login page. Once logged in, it should take you straight into Notifications where you can find the toggle for paperless. What happens specifically when you try to toggle it back to paper billing? Is there an error message?

This is what I see when I click on the link because of an ad tracking server:

All y'all privacy charlies out there in the world don't wanna help your service providers help you, fine. Don't. Just copy the link, e.g. spectrum.net/paperless, and paste it into the address bar of the browser and go from there. Otherwise consider the fact that pretty much all big-time enterprises use big-time hosting services for their transactional emails and trying to gage the efficiency and reach of the massive volume of their transactional emails is important to them if not you.

With the rather highly reputable Spectrum, it's the rather highly reputable AWS SES hosting service with which you will find awstrack.me coming into play:
