I recently switched from Frontier internet to Spectrum internet and ever since me nor my kids can cast to any of our TV's. I can't even connect to my Ring camera...I have never had a issue with casting with Frontier and I switched because Spectrum was way more affordable for a single dad with 5 kids, it's SO Fustrating...I've factory reseted all 6 TV's and the modem/router and Ring cameras and I still can't cast to any of the devices…

Hello! Welcome to the Spectrum Community!

I do apologize for the issues you are having with the casting ability and Ring cameras. With our newer routers they do not have a way to manually choose between the 2.4gHz and 5gHz frequency networks so some devices that require the 2.4 network can have issues connecting to the router. The ability to cast should not be affected as long as you are on the same wireless connection as the Chromecast. My Chromecast works whether my phone is on the 2.4 or 5 network.

Do you get an error when trying to cast?
