    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    If you are looking to add an authorized user to your account as in someone that can call in and get information and make some changes to the account the account holder would need to call in to customer service at 1-855-707-7328 to have them added.

    If you are just wanting to add someone to your online account so they have their own login you can do that from the website by logging in here and updating the information.
