Channels not available

I frequently get the "Channel not available please try again later" page on certain channels that are in my tier on both of my spectrum boxes (Arris DCX3200M and DCX3510M). Rebooting each box often (but not always) solves the problem for a day or two. What can I do to fix this?

I was able to locate your account using your registration information and I am seeing a signal concern being reported by the equipment.
