Do I need a label to return equipment at ups store

    Hi & Welcome!

    You can just take in the equipment, and they will pack it, label it and send it back. For your records, make sure you note the serial number of the returned equipment and get a receipt. This will be helpful if the equipment is lost during the return process and proves that you returned the equipment.

    For assistance with a mobile trade in, you would need to call in to the mobile team at 1-833-224-6603 or go to the local Spectrum office to have them assist you further.
