why is my spectrum app having to refresh so often or keep coming up unable to complete request. STLP-1999

    Thank you for reaching out to us about our streaming App. I am very sorry that you are noticing this concern. Is this happening on all devices or just one in particular? Is this happening while connected to your home network or while outside of the home? - Lyn
