Xumo and Caller ID

in Spectrum TV App Feedback - XUMO

Hi,

We just switched over to an Xumo streaming box, rather than a spectrum TV receiver. So far so good. However, the phone caller ID no longer appears on our TV screen. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Glad to hear you are liking the Xumo! Unfortunately, on screen caller ID, similar to the former traditional receiver you were using, is not currently an option. We will pass along the suggestion.

    Sad to speak that Caller ID on TV is not available for the Xumo streaming boxes. This feature really needs to be added for Spectrum Voice subs with XUMO streaming boxes and should be forwarded to the design team.

    As of now, August 21, 2024, you have to have a standard cable box or DVR with Spectrum Voice Service (landline) to get Caller ID on TV.
