Need To Educate The Rural Community
Murchison, TX here and I'm happy to have the service but since the installation in March of 2024, we've experienced at least 5 outages of 4 hours or longer…, most of which were due to cables being cut which I believe can be attributed to landowners or municipalities.
I would strongly urge Spectrum to do a mass mailer to help educate the public regarding your lines and the fact that they are generally buried at a depth no deeper than 48 inches. It would save Spectrum money in the long run and make your customers happier.

Hi @ITGeekMonkey, welcome to our community!
I'm sorry to see there have been so many outages in your area recently. You're definitely right many are caused by digging with heavy machinery. I'll be happy to forward your suggestion, I do wish more people called before digging! Thanks for taking the time to come here and provide your feedback.0
