How can i withdraw the credited balance from my account.

I bought a device last year with a discount offer. Every month, I pay the mobile bill along with the device installment. I contacted them to pay off the device in full. They said I have to pay the full amount of the device cost, and the discount will be credited to my account. Today, I paid off all the device installments in full, and Spectrum credited the discounted amount to my account. How can I withdraw this credited amount to my card?
