having problems with my Internet service
Does anyone else have this issue, I live in the Los Angeles Area 90043

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am very sorry that our internet is not working as intended. I was able to locate your account using your registration information. I am not seeing any active concerns in the area. I was able to see a signal concern being reported by the modem. I recommend that you attempt to reset all the internet equipment. This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes. When you reconnect everything can you make sure that all of the connections are tightly connected. Please let us know if this helps out. -Lyn
