Feedback:Can't View My Local Line Up Anymore at Spectrum's Website (Get Promo Offers Instead)
Guys,
Some website feedback. I am no longer able to view my specific CATV package when I log into my account. What happens is the following:
1.) I can view and select filters on the national line up page fine. I can also filter by package or category
2.) When I log in to my account, I am hit with promotional offers from Spectrum instead of being able to view my channel line up. If I select, "I am a current customer at this address" I get a number to call for special offers in my area. If I try, "I am a new customer at this address, I get update offers but can't get to my local line-up for my area anymore. It has been this way for about a month or more. How can I simply log in to my account on the web and see all the channels in my plan like it used to be shown?
I have added photos to show what I am seeing. I don't want update promotions, I just want to see my local channel line up when I log in to my account and enter my address.

Hey, Satch, i could see that street address localization page being over on spectrum.com as in outside of your account on spectrum.net. Therefore i'd sign out of spectrum.net, close all spectrum.net and spectrum.com pages, search up "spectrum" in your browser website data cache and delete spectrum.net and spectrum.com as well as spectrumflow.net from it, and then, to avert any potential extensive idiosyncrasies with whatever bookmark you may be using for spectrum.net, just enter spectrum.net into the address bar and proceed to sign in and see what happens then.

Hey,
It worked. There was no Spectrumflow.net domain in my cache, but the others were there and I removed them and went back to double-check to make sure, they were gone. Don't Google "Spectrum Line Up" that could allow other tracking pages to enter your cache. Just bookmark your main account page. Spectrum.net, log in from there and use the functionality only at that webpage.
