    Some questions:

    1.) Are you a new or existing Spectrum customer?

    2.) Do you have a new or existing landline phone?

    3.) Did you keep the same landline number from a previous provider? Or did you get a different phone number?

    4.) When did you establish Spectrum Voice (landline) service?

    5.) Who was your previous landline provider? Or is this a first time install with Spectrum?

    6.) Was this a professional install or self-install?
