Sorry for any issues with Cloud DVR, a few follow up questions:
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
- What device are you using?
- Have you tried a different device?
- Are you able to set a recording on a different channel?
- Have you tried resetting all devices?

1 I tried multiple devices same issue.
2 Roku and Windows laptop using Microsoft Edge

4 yes and after doing that step it finally allowed me to schedule a recording on Local 12 CBS station in Cincinnati Ohio without the error message

So were you able to successfully record the program you wanted, or is there still an error occurring?

After completing step 4 it allowed me to schedule the recording. The issue is now fixed.
