Blocking Obvious Spammers

I get multiple spam emails daily (up to 8) from two sources, Heartland Cooking and Command Cooking. I have created a filter to send them to the junk folder which is working after requesting multiple times over the last several months with both of them to stop spamming me. This has not worked at all, in fact it appears to increase the level of spamming each time I request them to stop.
I was wondering if it is possible to block these two sources from your severs, as It appears I am not the only being spammed by both of these sources based on internet searches.
