connecting to spectrum

why d o i have to disconnect tv and modem every day to get connected? When i go to recents it says no signal.I shut everything off and replug then i get service

    Sorry for any issues with the Spectrum TV App. What troubleshooting have you tried? Are you connecting wireless?
