New router, can't connect to NetWe camera
Recently Spectrum had to replace my router with a new Wifi 6 router, and therefore a new network ID and password. My TVs, my phones, my computer and my Ring cameras can connect to the new network. However, my NetWe pet camera (which worked fine with the old network) can't connect to the new network. Any suggestions to help connect? I have tried resetting the camera, uninstalling and reinstalling the AP on my phone but nothing is working. I don't want to have to buy a new camera.

Welcome to our community! I'm sorry for the issues with the new router. Since our new routers use the same network name and password for both the 2G and 5G bands, it's likely that your NetWe camera only works on one of the bands. If you reach out to use on social media through Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, or by using the in app/website chat, or calling 855-707-7328 we can do what's called band steering to have the router work on a specific band so that you can pair the camera.
