My router serves my computer, my TV and my "Nook" tablet. There is no problem with my computer. My TV and my Nook tablet is telling me they don't recognize my router. I noticed this on the TV a month or so ago, but it wasn't a big deal. With my Nook tablet out I can't download any books. I went to Geek Squad and they suggested perhaps the router needs a reset on the password.

    Hello @dwhitton2816

Welcome to our community! I was able to pull up your account using your community registration. It looks like you're using your own router, so our apps/website would not be able to assist with changing the password. If you still have the instruction manual for your router, it would have the information on how to access the router settings to update or reset the password. If you don't have the manual anymore, the website for the manufacturer will usually have those instructions or a digital version of the manual with that information.
