How do I find or create my Disney+ account to find or create password to log into ESPN+?

I am told this is now free through Spectrum. I can log into Disney+ like it recognizes my account. However, when I try to log into ESPN+ I can only do it by saying I am a Disney account holder and forgot my password. Then sends my email a Deny approve message. I approve and can then view ESPN+. However, I have to do it this way everytime. Would like to know how I figure out my Disney account information so I can log in correctly.

Please help.
