Randall, tech from the Fond du Lac, WI office---Thank you for spending the time to find out what our REAL issue was with our internet and send an hour at our home fixing it. Dealing with this issue for nearly a month, have a tech come to our house once before and hours on the phone with tech support, YOU finally spent the time to actually figure it out!!!
