    Hello @Rikertw

    Welcome to our community! To turn off the security shield on the router, you would need to log in to your account online or in our My Spectrum app. Under the Services section, you'll see an Internet tab and the router. Once you select the router, under advanced settings, there will be a toggle option for Security Shield.
