Spectrum TV App Reference Code: ICF-9000

Using my Spectrum TV App, I am getting the Reference Code: ICF-9000. Our internet is working and I even restarted my Ipad - still the same Reference Code.

    Welcome to our community! I apologize for the issues with our Spectrum TV app tonight. We were aware of any issue with the app earlier tonight, but I show that it has been marked as resolved. Are you still getting the same error message when trying to use the app?
