Who also had internet service shut off tonight?

I am in the West Maui Honokowai area and my internet service went OFF again tonight, Sept 12. How many others of you lost service tonight? My internet service fails pretty often lately, in the whole year of 2024 so far. My service fails it seems to be near every week or two! Anybody else experiencing this failure??

    I'm very sorry for the trouble with our service. I was able to locate your account and do see there was a service interruption in your area which was caused by a commercial power outage. It should be resolved at this time. Please let us know if you are still having any problems.
