    You can view current account status alerts when logging into spectrum.net or the My Spectrum app. Using your registration details, I am not showing a service interruption for your area at this time. If checking the connections to your equipment and rebooting the modem by removing the power and coaxial cable for at least 30 seconds before reconnecting doesn't result in the connection being restored, you can give us a call at 855-707-7328 for additional assistance. -Mo
