Scheduled maintenance

Why schedule a maintenance when internet is down when it's not completed during time stated in email notification? Times in email 11pm to 8 am, it's 840am and I have an outage due to maintenance. I work from home at times and need internet. I scheduled around times in email. Email notification is useless if not followed.

    Sorry for any service issues. The notifications are estimates, and times can vary depending on the type of work being completed.

    I was able to locate your account and set up a notification to your preferred method of contact when the issue is cleared. You can also download the My Spectrum App for Android or iOS or log in to your online Spectrum Account for updates.
