One locally produced program is blocked each week

WBAY TV (Green Bay, WI) produces a sports program entitled, Cover 2. It airs every Sunday night around 10:35. When I try to watch it via YouTube TV, a message appears that it has been blocked. How can that be? It is no different than a locally-produced news program.

I also have it on my list of recorded programs, but it is unavailable to view there as well; even days later.

Spectrum does not block internet connections. Any blocking would be occurring on the device or app level.

We suggest reaching out to YouTube TV support for further assistance with this question.

I reached out to both YouTube TV as well as the local ABC affiliate that produces the show, and I found out that it is due to a restriction placed on them by the NFL, since this is a show covering the Green Bay Packers game that was played earlier that Sunday.
