Closed Captioning Not Working on TNT (Spectrum App on Roku)
An FYI to Spectrum app tech support, that closed captioning does not work on the TNT channel. It did up until a few days ago. Closed captioning works on all the other channels on the Spectrum app as far as I can tell. So it seems specific to the TNT channel.
Just wanted to report this.
(Further, I tried to report it by calling the Spectrum support phone number on my bill. The automated voice gave me the option to press 1 to discuss my account. I did and got a message saying that all people are busy. Then it booted me back to & repeated the first automated option again. So, there was no option to wait for a rep, leave a message, etc. So there might be an issue with your phone system as well)

I tried it on two separate Roku's (different models) and the closed captions still do not work for TNT.

Thanks for testing that. I've checked with my username and I can confirm that TNT should have CC available. I've also tested the app feed for your area and am seeing the same show without CC. I am going to escalate this to our engineers for resolution. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Our engineers were unable to replicate this issue on TNT streaming, but there was an issue with the app over the weekend that may have been the cause.
Can you confirm if the issue is still occurring, and if so does it happen on all streaming titles or just certain titles?

Hello. Yes, the issue is still occurring. Closed captioning on the TNT channel on the Spectrum app still does not work.
It works on the other channels, just not TNT. Thank you for continuing to work on it. Hope a fix can be found!
