Why is the buffering back for Spectrum Cloud DVR
This issue was doing better until the past week. Last week of September 2024, the buffering is back with a vengeance. Can’t watch a show that I’m recording. It stammers and stops until the dreaded “something went wrong” message. This is so unacceptable. Some shows don’t record even when scheduled. And some won’t replay, even if it seems to be on disk.
I took your refunds for several months while you supposedly updated your equipment. What is the excuse now.

Sorry for any issues with the app. Please try restarting the modem, as well as any devices used to view recordings. If the issue continues after restarting the equipment, please let us know.
