Hurricane outage in Dayton Ohio

I’m in an outage area and have been without WiFi since Friday. It’s now Monday and still nothing. I can’t get through to talk to anyone and find this outrageous. We didnt lose power at any time during this storm so it’s not loss of power. I’m on a heart monitor that requires WiFi to transmit data and I’m having to use my phone data. Why can’t the customer get any feedback from Spectrum. Will we be credited for this loss?

Hi @9378794051, welcome to our community!

It's great to see your power is back! I'm sorry our internet still isn't working. Unfortunately it looks like we still have a service interruption in your area. There may be other power outages further upstream, or damaged lines which still need to be repaired. Technicians are working hard to restore service as soon as possible. I've submitted a credit request for you as well.
