This is a site that is a Global Power Tracker for power companies across the United States. When you visit this site, click on a state for details about power outages in your area. Please keep in mind that just because you have power in your state after anything ranging from a mild storm to a national disaster, can still mean that it will take some time to get cable services running again. With this site, you will be able to view specific power outages for your state. Mods might want to pin this thread if traffic to this topic gets very strong:
