SAMSUNG TV SHOWING ERROR CODE STEN-1003

HAVE TWO TV'S SPECTRUM IS WORKING FINE ON ONE BUT THE OTHER ONE THE SPECTRUM APP GETS AN ERROR MESSAGE OF STEN-1003.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the concern about the Spectrum TV app not working on one of your TV's. The error message you are receiving is related to the internet connection. It is possible that the TV is not getting a quality internet connection. You can try resetting the modem to see if it helps resolve the issue. I also optimized your WIFI settings to see if it helps.
