New customer. When I try to login to phone app I get spinning "loading" wheel.

I've tried re-installing. Maybe this is related to storm situation? Just received equipment but there were no installation instructions in box.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I do apologize that it is not letting you log into our site. It generally should let you log into the app to activate the equipment but you can also activate within a web browser. You can find information on how to complete the activation by visiting https://www.spectrum.net/page/self-installation-help . I would also recommend that you connect the equipment to the cable line and power before completing the activation. Our systems need to see the equipment on our network to activate. If you need any further assistance with the activation then please reach back out.
