I have two user names on my Spectrum E-mail account one of them is not mine.

How do I remove the one that is not mine.

    Hello @kimmonk99;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand your concern about the additional email account. You can log into https://selfcare.rr.com with your master email account. You can then go to the People Tab and modify your accounts and remove the additional one.
