When is 29212 gonna be back in service?

We’ve had a loss of power for an hour, no current power outages in my area since 9/27 yet no internet. A friend said Spectrum is trying to save money by minimizing over-time for workers to get the services back on-line while still collecting our money. I’m starting believe it. I’m counting the days and will likely be ending my service with you guys soon enough. Why didn’t you do buried fiber optics like AT&T? I get it…to keep as much profit while using aged infrastructure!
