    Unfortunately it's not just you, we are aware of an issue preventing customers in some markets from making outgoing phone calls. Our engineers have already been alerted and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    It’s sad I’ve been a Spectrum customer a while and all around me my neighbors have service internet /phone but they all have ATT

    I’ve been stying with my elderly parents because their Spectrum home phone doesn’t work . I’m afraid to leave them alone in case they have emergency and would have no way to call. I’ve also been a Spetrum customer for 30 years and never issues not being resolved this slowly .
