Roku watching on Demand Streaming TV sound issue

I have 3 Roku Express 4K+ devices that I watch on Demand Streaming TV shows. One example is HGTV House Hunters International Season 182 Episode 8 Robot… The audio messes up and repeats dialog or goes out of sync. It does this episode on all 3 Rokus. Other episodes do the same thing as well as episodes of TLC Say Yes to the Dress. My Spectrum Phone app plays these Demand Streaming TV shows audio with no problems.

    1. Signing out of the Spectrum TV app.
    2. Rebooting your modem and router.
    3. Once you have a connection, sign back in to the Spectrum TV app and access the episode.
