Roku Spectrum TV app issues with certain channels

From the "GUIDE" List …. With channels such as CBS, NBC and MeTV when clicked, instead of bringing up the live broadcast, it displays a screen with "Episodes" option. When clicked on episodes several episodes are listed including Episode playing "now". When I click on the Episode Now, it does nothing…. no response. This is true with any channel what brings up episodes. It appears that this happens with channels that has no channel number.

Why cant I simply play what is scheduled to broadcast at that moment?

I don't have this issue with CNN, MSNBC or any channel with numbers. Many thanks for any help on this issue.

    Hello and welcome to the Community Forums @gkc!

    For the concern you're facing with the CBS, NBC, and MeTV channels, is it occurring on multiple devices ? Or is this happening only on the one streaming device?

    If it's not been tested on another device yet, can we check that out to see if it works/doesn't work on another streaming device? The website you can test from a PC is Spectrum TV. Let us know what it does if it's the same reaction or if it provides an error message/number!
