Why is my GSN Channel not loading in cable box? I had it 3 days ago its in my package

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I do apologize that the GSN is not working for you. I confirmed the channel should be available and I tested the channel itself to ensure it is working correctly. I sent some signals to your cable box that may help resolve the issue. You can also try unplugging the power to the cable box for a minute and it may restore the channel. If you continue to still see problems with the channel, can you provide us a description you are seeing when you try to use the channel?
