Welcome to the Community Forums. I am not able to communicate with your modem. There is currently not any known issues in your area. Can you unplug the power and unscrew the cable line to the modem? Leave them unplugged for a minute. When you connect the cable line, make sure it is screwed in tightly. This may restore your internet connection. Please reach back out to us if this does not help.
