my husband's email account was closed out

We have had several Spectrum accounts—still have one in Florida. We just realized after we closed down our summer account (and sold our Maine home), my husband's email account has been close

    Hello @PPCamp

    Welcome to our community! I was able to locate your previous account using your community registration. It looks like the account was closed a few months ago. Sometimes if accounts are closed within a couple of weeks we can transfer the email identity to existing/new accounts, but with it being a few months ago, we would no longer have access to the accounts to be able to transfer them.
