How to get 8 digit puk code for sim card

II mean, power outers do to hurricane. I am trying to figure out how to get my e. Are my SIM card unlocked? What's in eight digit puk code. I did like chat. I said he could not help. I would have to get a new SIM card but online. It says chat with someone .please help limited wifi access
