    Hi @JPTaz

Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're unable to send emails, I'm happy to help! Are you sending email directly from spectrum.net? Or are you using an email client such as Outlook or Apple Mail?

    Hey @ken_woodruff_728_2!

Welcome to our community. I am sorry to hear that you were having issues accessing your email. Outlook is a third-party email server, so we do recommend reaching out to them for any issues you may experience in sending and receiving emails through that server. However, if you are experiencing an issue with your email through our webmail.spectrum.net, we would love to hear more and assist.
