How do I enable web view considering it's already on in my phone so I can use the app?

in My Spectrum App - My Spectrum App Feedback

Ever since I last updated the My Spectrum app now when I try and use it, it says my web view is disabled but it's NOT. It IS already enabled. This happens on my Galaxy and i tried it on iPhone and it STILL doesn't work, just says this feature is unavailable.

    Hopefully others see this.

    If you have android I discovered a fix. 👉🏻Double tap the back button 👈🏻 It worked for me. However iOS is still an issue
