I can't access my email from Roadrunner

I can't access the old roadrunner email and I logged to spectrum and it tells me I don't have a mailbox set up. I set up the mailbox but received no emails from the RR mailbox. All of my emails are gone? I had some things I specifically needed that I only had in the RR mailbox which is not connected to my phone or anything.

    Good evening,

    Are you accessing your email from webmail.spectrum.net? Checking the RR mailbox similar to your name here, it's showing nearly 37,000 emails in the inbox folder with a majority unread, along with more separated into other folders.
