Guide Keeps Showing “To Be Announced”

Hello, I always have this issue every time the cable box gets reset. The guide keeps saying “To Be Announced” for all channels and sometimes it does it for days. How do I fix it? Resetting the box again doesn’t work. Thank you in advance.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about the missing information on our guide. I am very sorry that is happening. If you are resetting the box by unplugging the box from the power and the cable line for 3-5 minutes. If this does not help out the next course of action would be a home visit to have this investigated further. I am seeing that you have a home visit scheduled.
