Received a voicemail regarding a 40% increase in my bill. Wondering if this is legitimate?

    Welcome to the Community Forums. We do make phone calls to customers about increases in the cost of our service. Rate increases are detailed in your Spectrum Bill. Scammers will often use tactics like this to scam people.
