    Hello @stjmac371_twc;

    I can understand the concern about loosing your email in Microsoft Outlook. The @outlook.com email address is something Microsoft itself creates and your account may still be there. You can look on the left side and your Spectrum email maybe listed. You can click on the down arrow to see the folders. If it is not listed then you can add the account back on.
